I was expecting a tape with greater force to open the nostrils. Not only is the force small, but it doesn't hold for long enough.

Good but just a bit smaller than the photos. they unstick when sweat is on the nose

They don't hold up well and are totally uncomfortable. I had transparent ones, which are much better.

They are just very big, but they work.
