It heats up great. It has three modes. It works better than expected with a suitable charger. With a 5W charger, I didn't have enough power to heat the cup. I would buy it again.

Although you need to use a flat-bottomed mug, it heats up quickly with just a USB connection and can heat in three stages. It's also useful for melting candle wax.

Pad does gets very hot but is safe. Switch works well.
Unless your mug has a perfect flat bottom it will only slow cooling, not keep it hot. Heat must be through conduction not convection or radiation. Marginal utility. Great quality, indifferent results.. use of a covering lid is helpful.
Surprised by the quality and functionality of the item. It is working by touch but also turns on by touching the cup on it. Hope this one lasts longer than other ones i've used in the past.
Works surprisingly well. I have no idea of the differences between the 3 modes (blue/green/red), but the red one perfectly heated my cold coffee! I used a flat bottom steel cup, which helps a lot on heat conductivity.
Just started using. Has a slight sound when turned on. The highest setting can be very hot. I use it to keep my tea warm and melt candles.
It’s doesn’t heat porcelain cups and it’s hard to keep them warm
For me it does make a high pitched noise when on the lower settings, but that might be because i have it plugged into my pc. The cable is short. But it does work
Better than I expected, the cup doesn't get cold quickly but keeps its temperature well.

Not what was expected, won't order again.
Neat design for placing on a desk and using. Of course, only flat-bottomed items like glass cups are effective (mugs with concave bottoms are not). Haven't checked if it automatically turns off after 8 hours yet. Even if the product is flat, heat doesn't seem to transfer much to the bottom. USB-C would have been better. It operates by touch, so even a slight touch can turn it on, so it's recommended to unplug it after use.
It keeps the tea warm with the cold weather. I recommend it.
It heats up nicely, and my wife is happy that she can drink coffee all day.
Works as expected. This works best with small cups and ok on mid or large cups.
It works well, there are three temperature settings but only tried it on green which i think is the lowest.
